Last week I spent 2 hours in the dentist chair having a tooth extracted and an implant inserted. My dentist is very gentle, however I still feel some trepidation whenever major dental work is performed. This time I decided to use the Moodagent app on my iPhone to create a playlist that would put me in a calm mellow mood while he was working on my teeth.
It worked really well. Here’s how I set the sliders: Sensual at 75%, Tender at 90%, Joy at 25%, Aggression and Tempo all the way down.
